Vilnius Airport aerodrome reconstruction project

Reconstruction project of Vilnius airport – reconstruction of taxiway F, demolition of the existing fire station building at Rodūnios kelias 2, Vilnius.

The project will reduce environmental pollution and improve airport infrastructure. The newly installed coating will contribute to the safe improvement of aircraft traffic conditions by reducing the taxiing distance of aircraft – reducing noise levels and CO2 emissions from aircraft. With the installation of a surface water collection system, wastewater from the potentially polluted area will be collected, treated and discharged into the city’s rainwater drainage networks.
