From 2018 In July, we became part of the Tyréns company, which is a long-term partner of our company and one of the largest construction consulting and design companies in Sweden.

2024
Kelprojektas changed its name to Tyrens Lietuva
2020
Reorganization of UAB "Kelprojektas" and UAB "Urbanistika" by merger, UAB "Urbanistika" being merged with UAB "Kelprojektas". After the reorganization, all assets, rights and duties of UAB "Urbanistika" were transferred to UAB "Kelprojektas".
2019
ICCON was sold to “Tyrens“.
2018
The “Kelprojektas” group of companies was acquired by the “Tyréns” company – a long-term partner of “Kelprojektas” and one of the largest construction consulting and design companies in Sweden.
2016
“Kelprojektas“ was certificated as a company capable of developing models of digital construction projects and applying the BIM methodology.
2015
“Kelprojektas” established a subsidiary in Sweden “ICCON Infrastructure and City Consultants AB”.
2014
“Kelprojektas” acquired UAB “Kelvista”, which provides technical maintenance services.
2013
“Kelprojektas” acquired a controlling stake in UAB “Urbanistika“, which performs territorial planning works, and established a group of companies.
2011
Private equity company “BaltCap“ acquired “Kelprojektas“.
2006
“Kelprojektas” has implemented Quality, Environmental Protection and Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems that meet the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
1994
Privatization of the company “Kelprojektas“.
1993
The institute is divided into two organizations – UAB “Kelprojektas” and VĮ “Transporto kelių tyrimo institutas”.
1965
Reorganization into the National Institute of Roads Exploration and Engineering “Lietkelprojektas”.
1956
Established “Lietautokelprojektas“ – the first and the main road engineering company in Lithuania.
